You have found the right place. It has really helped me a lot too. I too am afraid of dropping dead from these things. They have caught runs of
NSVT on my monitors. I have a lot of
PVCs and
PACs too. I know its hard to trust the drs but I too am trying to learn to trust that I will be okay. I have been to several different cardiologist and to a University hospital because of this. I hope this site brings you some help. I know they have helped me especially Jeff and Jodie.
