I've been where you are, and you still don't want to have a serious problem while being monitored, but at the same time, having the monitor can be a stress reliever, making it harder to catch anything "good."
So exercise. Drink coffee. Eat chocolate. Have sex.

Do everything that might cause this - otherwise you're back here in 12 months with the same problems, no diagnosis, no chance for understanding the problem or getting treatment.
