Yes, Jules...this is stress.
And if you are like me and can't get a grip, it is going to continue....so, relax and don't worry because you have been checked out and are fine. These are "head games" we play with our bodies. Once you settle into your routine, they will probably go away. Remember when you were having so many bad ones when you were working at that hospital? You were stressed working there and this is how your body reacts. Also, get some sleep!!
