My
PAT has never even lasted 15 seconds, but the times that it did happen I had all kinds of strange sensations afterward - Early on I felt a kind of nauseating rush of blood and heat to my head and a tingling in my extremities. But oddly, once I was diagnosed by a cardiologist and told it was benign (and gave it enough to to sink and and for me to actually believe it), the physical symptoms after my short bursts of
PAT are almost nothing.
Sounds like you must already be in the care of a doctor, likely even a cardiologist - I might mention this to the cardio just to see if s/he would want to run any tests. It's probably nothing at all, but they usually like to play it safe.
Good luck.
