Katie will become famous soon enough
I did hypnotherapy with my two pregnancies and did all natural birthing so I thought it would work with my palpitations. It did a little but I think that's because I broke down in her office and it felt good to actually show someone how scared I was instead of keeping it bottled up inside. I'm 26 and mine started at 22 so I know it sucks but I think it would at any age. Anyways the aloe Vera gel isn't the juice it's the inner filaments of the leaf. I bought lily of the desert brand from a natural food store. I think you take 3 oz the first couple days then wean off it to once a week, then once a month so on. I can find the exact dosage somewhere I'm sure just private message me. One doctor told me the heart can get nervous for awhile then it chills out when you can chill out too. My son in- utero had palpitations and I had to keep going for ultrasounds and then wham one day his heart just started to normalize out. Make sure you aren't dehydrated as well.

We have all been there, and I think the consensus seems to be that you need to try and re-arrange your focus from your heart to feeling better overall. While you wait for monetary things to clear up, there must be some county or local mental health organizations that can give you a boost. You don't need to keep planning for the emergency room--really you need to live your life at a more relaxed clip, and be happier.
Well yesterday it all started coming on. My anxiety. So i found a breathing forum. 4 seconds in the nose hold 7 se conds then out the mouth for 8. I did that acouple times and it hwlped got my heart rate back to the 70s, woke up this morning in the 50s, and i dont think i was over analysing so much. I stoped takin the prilosec 1 month after this started hoping it was that, after my appt on the 27Tth ill probably start taking them again, never have any reflux with thwm which is nice, but would love to fix the underlying problem instead of masking it and it getting worse. I was up looking at home remedies for a while last night for panic attacks and the breathing helped

I can relate to over analyzing, I analyze things to death and the more I do, the worse I get.

I can not take anything like Prilosec, it makes my tummy worse and the PAC's act up as well. Aloe Vera gel helps more than anything, as does Probiotic powder.

I wish I could breath, my anxiety affects that too, and sometimes, I just can not take that "satisfying" deep breath and the more I try, the worse it gets, also, it can start the "blips" in my throat, ugh, I hate this anxiety.
