4 pvc's in a row? So scared

This morning I have had frequent PVC's and then I was having runs of like 4 in a row and I had those a few times. I of course panic which makes it worse I'm sure. I get sweaty when this happens (panic?) but nothing else. They seem to have stopped but should I be concerned? I swear I'm not sure how much more I can handle of these. It's getting harder to get out of bed each morning. I just feel like giving up. If I didn't believe in God and have kids, I probably would have! I know these are benigh and all my tests are normal but this is sl hard!! Please help

Was it normal beat, PVC, normal beat PVC?
or was it normal beat, fastbeatfastbeat, normal beat?
The reason I am asking is I get the second type a few times a day sometimes. Although I first thought they were PVCs, I know now they are PAC couplets because I had a few on my holter.
If it was the first type, that is bigeminy and it isn't life threatening. I know Jeff has been in bigeminy many times. You have had all the tests and your heart is strong so don't worry! Both are benign. They mean nothing and they will go away. Jodie

No it actually had the same feeling I get with PVC's but all in a row. Like pause thus pause thud pause thud like it was having PVC's all in a row then my HR would go back to beating faster since I was anxious! Good thing though I guess is it stopped so I guess that's good. thought I was doing ok with the depression from this but guess not!

Jkfrench...funny you just mentioned the PAC couplets...I think thats what I just got...I was driving my daughter to dance practice and all in the sudden without warning or anything I got a normal beat, fastbeatfastbeatfastbeat, then normal beat again because I tried breaking it by bearing down and it worked...I must of gotten a string of PACs??

That is what is sounds like. Or a short run of PAT (SVT).
I also had a 12 beat run like that on my holter and it was called a brief burst of PAT(SVT) or PACs. My doctor didn't even tell me about it. I found out when I asked for my report. He said he didn't mention it because it was not important and would not hurt me. Jodie

Isnt it annoying how what scares the complete hell out of us and can actually be life changing - is of no concern to the Dr's? I really am seeing a correlation between my anxiety levels and these PVC'a. If I could just find a way to decrease my anxiety (caused by these darn things IMO) without meds - life would be so much easier. I am debating trying a beta blocker or anxiety meds. I have Ativan right now but havent tried it. I have healthy anxiety issues anyway - and dont want any side effects from meds which will make me more anxious. However - this is becoming so life debillitating for me - I might have to give in and try something. This morning when I woke up - my entire body felt shaky and quivery. I know thats adrenaline and anxiety. Im anxious about the day before it even starts. I hate this!!!!

You poor thing. I have a friend that takes Ativan and loves it!!!
I actually take Atenolol (beta blocker) and it has really helped. I break it up in quarters and take 1/4 in am, 1/4 in afternoon, and 1/4 in pm. (so 3/4 of the actual 25 mg pill). It helps with adrenaline issues and is a very safe drug. Plus I take such a small dose my doctor calls it a homopathic dose. But, it is all I need to take the edge off. For anxiety, he gave me Xanax. I was breaking a .025 pill in half for a while and taking it daily but I stopped months ago. It can help on those days that are really trying and I didn't want an SSRI. Just me as I know many many people that do well on SSRI's. I'm just a chicken to try them.

Mine is low too, but breaking it up like that works for me. It usually averages 98/60 - 101/72.
