adrenal fatigue causing heart issues

Hi everyone.
I have done some research on adrenal fatigue. It says it can cause some of the issues we all share here- heart palps, tachycardia, anxiety, ect.
Anyone else have opinions or information on this subject??

well that would make sense. Adrenal fatigue is associated with stress and I'm always worried about my heart which causes stress and becomes a vicious cycle. I'm going to read more about this. Thanks for the heads up!

I started taking atenolol, I take 1/2 of a 25mg tab, it's been 4 days now but really can't tell a difference yet....
Today again I'm still having palps...how long did it take for you?
Thank you for the 10lbs congrats...just seems like I should be thinner by now...I do cheat sometimes but I cheated after I didn't show any real progress

Adrenal fatique can definately cause heart rhythm irregularities, the adrenals are the "king" gland and when they act up, they can cause a whole myraid of problems from low to high blood pressure, to weird heart beats, to hormonal problems, that is one gland you want to make sure stays healthy.

Hi Julie
It didn't take long for atenolol to work. Even now, if I have to take another 1/4 of a pill because my heart is beating faster than I like, it settles it down in about 15 minutes. I really love atenolol. Give it some more time but you should notice a difference soon. Jodie

Okay...I'm laying in bed right now and I'm having the PVC's or PAC's or who knows but it feels like my heart is spasming...I hate it!!
Hopefully it'll start working soon....

Jodie, I QUIT taking the pill 2 days ago...I'm not really having the weird heartbeat now, I don't really think that I'm having a "reaction" to the atenolol because I was definitely having the strange beats BEFORE I even started taking it! But with me, the PVC's and the PAC's just happen whenever, I usually have the long pausey beats ALL the time!
