Yes take the Xanax and take it again later. Those very thoughts you are having about needing to get out of there and feeling trapped are just feeding the PVCs. The xanax should help calm that. I hope your daughters team wins!!!

Just my two cents worth. Jodie is right--when you get like that and feel trapped, take your Xanax, and do whatever you need to do, especially if it involved your family. Don't let some annoying skips prevent you from good family time--go do what you have to do, and try and not be worried about it.

Ok I've lost my post 2 times already. Sheesh. Darn phone.
Anyway I managed to get through yesterday with Jo Xanax but this morning not so sure. Feeling slurred and flip flops. I get scared it's something else. All I've been told is I have PVCs but sometimes feels different like flutters so I worry something worse. I'm in my way back to soccer fields and just sick of not having one good morning. I just want one. I know it's going to take time for me to get through this and I'm impatient! I Judd see everyone around me having a great day and I'm suffering so badly. Thanks for all the daily support you guys give. I really appreciate it
