LOL, you are so right Dani.
For me, I also need to remember that I have had this problem for over 25 years! Can you believe that! It started when I was 17. I have had years where I only felt a few a day, some years I felt thousands for months and months. But over all these years, no matter how many I have had....my heart still is in great shape. No changes. The PVCs and SVT haven't changed the structure of my heart, my ejection fraction, my valves, nothing has weakened...period. There are no changes to my echo over the last 25 years (and I have an echo and stress test every year). So, these things are not damaging my heart. Hopefully that will help everyone else...reassure them that even if they do get worse, your heart will be fine.
And, it is important to exercise so that when you do have your episodes (especially SVT) your heart is nice and strong and can easily handle it.
