Have you had a full heart work up? Have they diagnosed you with anything?

If you haven't been to a cardiologist then u need to go, otherwise if you have and he has said your fine but you don't feel fine, go get a second opinion. But all doctors take the heart very seriously and I don't think anyone of them wants to make any mistakes. Sometimes we just have to trust our physicians and realize that it's ourselves that are making our symptoms much worse. But that's of course once everything has been cleared by the doctor. I think everyone on these forums can say anxiety and panic make everything worse.

You sound like your having a bloody hard time at the min but you have been checked. Not all arrhythmias are dangerous. I know it's harder to say than do but if you work on relaxing you may lessen them quite considerably. I have been there and no doubt will be there again at some point. But the panic you are describing will be making your heart a lot worse. Tightness in your throat and dizziness and chest pain could be more likely down to anxiety than the arrhythmia. I went to the docs feeling anxious swearing blind I had a lump in my throat I was checked and nothing was there at all docs told me tightness and lump in throat is very common symptom of anxiety

That sounds like anxiety to me. My doc said that she doesnt even like calling PVCs an arrythmia. My psych doc said sooooo many people live with very benign funky heart beats. Its alot to do with acceptance. That is the hardest thing. Because I am sick, it makes me anxious, which gives me the left side chest pain, its vicious cycle.

Sounds like acute anxiety to me. What you need is some relief from it, in terms of meds, therapy, and relaxation techniques. Don't be scared.
