i think you posted this twice, o well

i used to take ativan, it worked well when an anxiety attack came on, i was taking 0.5mg - 2mg when needed not every day, now i take 0.25mg of xanax (alprazolam) which seems stronger, but ativan gets into your system fast if you have the dissolving tablets that you put under your tounge. never had a problem geting off, just dont use them every day unless prescribed to
