Best Potassium

What is the best form of potassium to take & what is a good amount to start with? I looked at the adult RDA & it was like 3500-4500mg/day. The potassium gluconate tablets I take only have 99mg each.

Before you start taking Potassium, are your levels low? Too much Potassium is not good either and unless you doc tells you to take them, I would not.

I Just have a glass of orange juice every morning and that works nicely. For me, other than ordinary vitamins and the addition of magnesium to my diet in the form of supplements, I don't use very much additions. I try to avoid Mc Donalds, even when very busy--try to eat well.

Potassium can cause palps. Get it from food- potatoes with skin, bananas, oranges etc.
