I have never drank coffee but I would always have a Pepsi every morning for years!! I stopped over 2 years ago a d now only drink caffeine free Pepsi which tastes the same. But sometimes I could use an afternoon caffeine burst!! I also cut out most chocolate Except an occasional choch chip cookie or granola bar! I never saw a huge difference though!

I gave up caffeine, but I drink decaf. I drink it in the morning and have decaf tea at night. I have had a real cup of coffee here and there but for me its just not worth it. Jeff on the other hand drinks it when he wants and it doesn't affect his palps. Lucky SOB :p
