Celiac disease and hp

So I went to the GI doctor awhile ago he suggested a couple tests that I was opposed to but he did do a simple genetic blood test for celiac. I've been told in the past I have it because of my wheat allergy, but my PC said that wasn't the case. Well my GI doctor wanted to go ahead with the blood work after looking over mg extensive list of allergies. So long story short- I carry a genetic marker for celiac and could have passed it to my children. So why is this important and relevant to palpitations? Well- when you have celiac the longer you eat gluten the more damage you do to your intestines. The more damage done the less you can absorb vitamins and minerals in ur food. Which explains why I was in ER with heart palpitations during Ramadan due to low potassium. Its harder for ur body to get it's vitamins and minerals so you eat more and still don't gain weight (me). It's also supposedly common for celiacs to have hypoglycemia which causes heart palpitations. So just adding another piece to my puzzle. I'm very excited because I know ALOT of my palpitations are hormonal based and your hormones bind to fat. So if my body can't digest fats because of the celiac than that could be why I get them hormonally. So it takes time to heal ur intestines but maybe when they heal my palpitations will lower in frequency. So it's hope for me, but afterall they could just be here because it's NORMAL and I'm just one of the lucky ones who can feel them! But I'll dream away that I'll be cured!

I think sometimes we all look so hard for a link, for a trigger, for a cure.... We all hope to find that "one thing" that makes them go away. I don't' know really if there is a cure for any of us, I hope so..... And I hope maybe this answers some of your questions too, and gives you some peace of mind.

Ya I think it's interesting to see some common symptoms with this diagnosis but I'm sure it's not everything. But I do have hope since my palpitations took quite a spill when I cut out the foods I am allergic too. I've also read about people with celiac who after cutting out all gluten stopped their palpitations.
