Jodie - congrats on continuing running! That's awesome! I'm trying to listen to my knee, but I get out and hit the pavement as often as I can - ran 5.4 miles this morning - 2 laps around the subdivision.

It gives me a real sense of happy satisfaction to know you're out there running.

Jodie!
That's so completely awesome of you!!!! I'm in awe at the gym watching the girls run on the treadmill! Heck, I'm happy that I even go
I'm just wondering if it could be my vagus nerve...but it happens even when I'm just sitting, like tonight, I wasn't even breathing hard, minding my own business, watching t.v and it started happening...the pauses! I just feel that sombody's missing something with me still, docs can't be so positive if they can't really see what's going on with me...right? And Jodie coukd it still be the vagus nerve if I'm not really breathing deeply?
I worked out but I did no cardio, just lifted, can I still benefit from this and lose weight?

Jeff I don't know if I will work up to 5 miles. That might be too much for me. My plan is to hit 4 miles within the next month. You are the stud!
Julie in the beginning you can't loose weight with just lifting alone. You first need to loose the body fat you want to loose. Then when you lift and develop muscles, the muscles will help burn the fat.
So I guess the answer is no then yes.
Julie, do you feel the early beat before the pause or just regular beats then a pause. I get both so I was just wondering.
Jodie

Buffet of beats, that is good, I have to remember that.

Gee Jodie, that is great, I feel proud when I take my little 30 minute walk, and for me, it IS an accomplishment, I am facing my fears and going out and trying to be healthy. LOL, I bet the Lord gets tired at times hearing me plead to be palp free, but, I pray it just the same.
