I'm sure hormones are playing a huge factor for you as well as lack of consistent sleep. I'm sure you can't call them and check in though!

Definetly hormonal honey. Your hormones supposedly won't regulate until 2 years after birth or longer if you breastfeed. I know it's tough but the thing is ur body is super exhausted and you need the sleep. Which I know is impossible right now. So nap whenever you can , eat foods with lots of minerals since you have to build up your stores and try not to stress about the skips- your mind and body are busy enough with this baby!

Hormones. Take magnesium and sleep as much as you can. They will settle down. You will be okay. They won't hurt you.
