Sorry in advance for the long post. Just need some advice. July and August had non-stop
PVC's. Some were very scary and long runs of 20 in a row. Saw my cardiologist because I wanted an event monitor-he decides to send me to an electrophysiologist. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, so I went to my GP for advice. He got me an event monitor and we decided to wait for the results and then decide on the electrophysiologist. He also told me to increase my Toprol from 12.5 to 25 which I did. Since then I have been virtually
PVC free(about 3 weeks). I am just starting to get my life back and actually forget about these things. However, today is the day I picked up my 30 day monitor. I really do not want to go back into the black hole of
PVC's, stress and anxiety. So, do I try to trigger these things so I can catch them? Do I go back to 12.5 Toprol and see if that changes anything. Drink caffeine and wine which I haven't in years?? Or do I do nothing and see what happens? Any advice out there?
Thanks, D
