Well for some reason they canceled me to work for her, I'm wondering if my PVC issue came back to bite me in the butt. I bet they weren't confident in me...

And I agree with what everybody on here has said...focus on something else...I've been working through some major anxiety issues lately...more so than usual! And instead of focusing on my palps...I've been all about the "breathing" anxiety...and now, happy to say, I just try and keep my mind busy...I'm in school, so that helps and everytime my mind wants to wander to the "dark side"....I quickly shake my head of anything negative and only let positive thoughts enter my train of thought! I start singing, watch a television program that will engross me...do laundry, wash dishes...etc...just keeping busy helps me...

Jeff agrees: I am NOT launching a "breathing support" forum. No. Don't even ask me. :p

Christina, don't worry. They have no idea about your situation, and your ectopics aren't something that everybody can discern. You will get other opportunities, and just keep working on getting well--you know you can do it!!!

Hey, awesome on the teaching! If you can? Please try to squeeze into your head a little joy for the fun you'll have with the 2nd graders?

I volunteered to teach Spanish at lunchtime to first graders (one of whom is my daughter), once a week, and all of a sudden I have one of the biggest class in the school with 23 students, and I have a volunteer staff of two! Yipes!

So - got any advice for me? I'll take anything I can get - my first class is Tuesday.

Op - just read your last post in this thread, CMoore. Hey - there will be other chances. You know there will. So write that little thing about the job down somewhere on a piece of paper, crumple it up and throw it away.

Thinking about that will only occupy your brain on more negative, and you haz plenty of that already.

Have you ever taken those walks like I asked you to? Have you tried at least one?

I think you will do just fine. My doctor keeps telling me to get out and do things, but, I am still afraid, I am working on this though.

OOPPS, sorry Christine, I did not see your last post. Well, I know something else will open and you will do just fine. Maybe the Lord just wants you to wait a while longer.

Jules, I have been having the shortness of breath issue too, it scares me as well, it comes and goes, it was gone for about a month, now it is back, I am sure it is anxiety, at least that is what the doctor says, I hate it.
