Awesome! That was soooo me for quite a few months, until I saw my kids were losing me in my worries.... It took months but I retrained my brain. Even now I just to the "worse case" but pull myself back.

BRAVO, girl. You are doing the right thing. It is a hard fight, but one MUST fight, or give into being an emotional wreck. I've been there myself, and it isn't fun!

Excellent article. It describes me in detail, I am ashamed to say. I can now see me through other people's eyes and it is very sad. I need to quit my self destructive behavior today.

Excellent article. Wow, I have almost all 10 signs too, except the alcoholic one, but other than that, that is me. YIKES, I better stop this crap and get on with my life.

Now I know why my doctor gets so angry with me and writes those e-mails, geesh.
