I walked away from my cart left the store and drove home. Its a shame we cant do normal things such as shopping. Keep ur head up and know that ur not alone.
Yes I get that also. I think it is hard, but to keep doing the normal things that we need to do is probably one of the best therapies. The more we dwell on the beats, the more frequently they occur.

What i cant figure out is why the PVCs start up at almost the same time every day. That makes no sense at all. I tried eating different foods thinking it was simethig I'm eating but wasn't. I'm trig so hard to get past this but is totally beating me. I'm not sure how much longer I can handle it

Mine come all different times of day. But I have heard of a lot of people who have them more in the morning. This is pretty darn common because of the chemicals in the body. But like I said, mine just come when they feel like it....

I think you get them more in am because you haven't eaten anything all night. And ur blood sugar plummets. My neighbor had them really bad at night and in the AM and hers was due to hypoglycemia. Try eating a protein bar when u first get up and then eat a vegetable and protein breakfast. Cereal and milk or bagel etc will cause ur sugar to spike. Look up the symptoms for hypoglycemia: palpitations, shakes, dizziness, numbness in hands etc.
