Heath anxiety has kicked in
Soclovely that now my Heath anxiety has flared up again. I have had a headache for several days now ap made a dr appt today. That and my thyroid area feels weird and is worrying me. I have had tension which I know is causing me headache as well as sinus issues causing me more headache issues. Of course all that is making me anxious so had some palps! Sucks!!

Went to dr today for headaches and having face numbness but he thinks all tensions and sinus related. So hopefullythis headache goes away soon! Have eye dr appt tomorrow.
