i've had a constant irregular rhythm for weeks now. the only time it feels any better is immediately after exercise. go figure. who knows with these stupid things. i've been pretty depressed and strung outl lately but finally got in to see a tech to run a EKG and they gave me a monitor. haven't heard from the nurse or doc yet but faxed over some skippers to the monitor people and they didn't tell me to run to the ER. i guess it's not lethal yet we'll see what's next. we should all have a party together sometime so we can sit around and bitch about this stupid condition. i think it would be very therapuetic!

Glad to hear you were able to catch the skips. It always helps mine to settle down once my doctor has seen them and tells me it is no big deal. I had a really bad couple of months like you a while back. I finally had to go to the doctor. He put the moniter on me and called me the next day to tell me that I was having nothing but PVC's and PAC's. It sure felt like I was having so much more that that but by the next day, they had settled down. My mind has a lot of control over my well being and it sucks!

Thanks for letting me know about yours Jsuter! Haha.. I'd take the time and date, too! It is weird to with working out- it used to be it'd take me awhile to get feeling good in a workout, then when I finally like transitioned into full workout mode, and then for awhile after, I'd feel great. Haha... not sure if I can feel that buzz with a gentle walk!

I'm 67 and just started having PVCs last year. When I try to take a walk, I get very tired out. I mean really tired out...enough so that I need to take a nap. Walking used to be energizing for me, but not now.

I do climb stairs about a dozen times times a day, do gardeing, and try to keep busy, but I can't exercise (walk longer distances) like I used to before the PVCs. It just wipes me out.

The odd thing is that my PVCs lessen when my heart rate is over 85 or so and they get worse when my pulse is lower, like in the 70's. I also can bring on PVCs just by eating a large meal, or leaning back in a chair, or lying on my left side. So odd. I can really relate to those of you who posted here.
