If you're worried sick about this, by all means, pursue it. Find another doc -- go in and be honest with him/her. That's what I decided to do yesterday. I just went into the Cardio Doc. and said "I'm at the end of my rope here." I went in having made the conscious decision that it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness.
Get the answers you need to get some peace of mind, even a tiny bit, rather than let the specifics go unknown. Good luck to you.

The tech just left the ejection fraction box blank, said, according to the doc, that it was too hard to figure out. I tried to talk to the doc that ordered it, but I get ignored and my calls are not answered, he said it is a normal echo and not to worry. Well, I am worried sick. I will admit, the remarks said: "Normal LT and RT heart size with normal global systolic function. So, that is good I guess. I just wish they would have done an ejection fraction, the one I had done in 2009 the EF was 75.
I am sorry you did not get complete test results. That is so frustrating! Your ejection fraction of 75 is good if it hasn't changed from your last test. That means the oxygenated blood is beeing pumped out into your body and you can use it.

Hope things get better for you.

I had an ablation attempt based on all the data, not for PVCs but foe AVNRT but he could not induce it. Did a minor ablation which I don't think did much to change the symptoms although I don't get the tachy now. He offered another ablation attempt specific to PVCs but I don't want to do it. I think there is just a known correlation between mitral valve abnormalities and arrhythmia. I know there is a body/mind connection in all bodily functions but don't subscribe to the idea that this is the cause.

If there is a proven connection between mvp and panic attacks, it stands to reason that the same condition would cause arrhythmias. In my case, tachycardia, for example, was always present with my panic attacks (before I was medicated for them).

Yes there is something called mvp syndrome and I had all the symptoms. I had an article(hard copy) for a long time. Took it to my doctor at the time and she just dismissed it.
