Katie will become famous soon enough
Susie be careful you aren't getting too much potassium because that causes palpitations too. My prescription was causing palpitations and as soon as the doctor got me off of it they calmed down. As long as you eat a balanced diet you shouldn't take potassium supplements. At least that is what my doctor said. And she had me on a high prescription because my potassium levels were extremely low.

Susie is on a distinguished road
I talked to my pharmacist, and doctor. They told me to take Mag Glycinate, it is superior to all other magnesium's, very bio-available, and absorbs quickly. It is the Cadillac of magnesium, and the best for anxiety and related problems. I just stated taking it yesterday, I have high hopes for it. Mine is by Designs for Health, a very good company.

The pharmacist, who specializes in vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc besides being a regular pharmacist said that the other magnesiums really do not do that much good, are harder to assimilate and some give you diarrhea, the mag glycinate does not do that.
