Thank you for a great article. It has given me hope and put my mind at ease. Have you ever tried fish oil for your PVCs? Has any supplement ever made any difference for you?

Katie will become famous soon enough
I feel like the supplements I've been taking have made a difference for me. I optimized my vitamin D levels which I think was extremely important for me. I take a flax seed oil blend that has omega 3 and I occasionally take magnesium if I'm not getting it from food, but I prefer to take trace minerals but I'm out right now. I also take small dosages of antioxidants that supposedly lower inflammation like spirulina, chlorella, asxanthian. So vitamin d3, probiotics, trace minerals, flax seed oil occasionally and the antioxidants. If ur palps are really bad Id try aloe Vera gel not juice as it's been recommended to me and gotten great reviews on irishhealth boards. Anyways thAts what I take Im sure it's alot compared to other people but it's really been working for me
