well guys i wont be here for a few days/weeks, i have lost the mental battle against my anxiety. been to the er 6 times in last 2 says and that s not even do to the PVCs or palps. all day is a constant flow of adrenaline that can bearly be brought down by drugs. depression isnt helping. ill miss reading your stories as they help with my cardio phobia.

Are You going somewhere or just not coming online here? I know it's tough! Trust me I'm where you are and been struggling so. Only thing that gets me through is my faith in God. I just keep pushing. Go online to the board anxietyzone.com and you can get hypochondria/anxiety/depression support. Also the book Deadly Emotions is a real wake up call to what stress can do to the body. Don't give up and let it win! Keep fighting.

trying to get admitted in a mental ward so they can get my anxiety under control. last 5 days has been a living hell to say the least

i was hopeing they would admit me but they didnt. they gave me a script for 0.5mg xanax 3x day which scares me. benzos are good short term. plus it is making me kinda high

They would not admit you. You have some neurotic issues, but definitely not a psych admission. They save their beds for serious folk.

yah they are nothing to mess around with!!! Do you have a therapist or anything you can talk to?

The Benzos are good but you need more stable meds too, like Zoloft or something (at least I think it would help you).... And therapy. It saved my life.

Absolute ditto on what Dani said. Take the Xanax for now, and get regulated, and then therapy.

i started celexa 2 days ago. so thats going with the xanax. no therapy till feb 10th. for some reason while i was crying it helped release somewhere adrenaline. so i need to cry more...
