Well here's the awesome news - you had rare
PACs and rare
PVCs. What you're feeling, since it isn't correlating AT ALL with the
ECG, has to do with something else, most likely your digestive system, since some of it is in the same area and has so much musculature and can have spasms and pains and all kinds of weirdness.
So one thing you can count on? That you can't tell on your own what's going on with your heart - you thought you were feeling palps and they weren't occurring. And hey, don't sweat it - that's happened to me, too. Best I can figure is that I had an
esophageal spasm (do a search because I'm pretty sure I posted a pic of my
ECG when I had one of them). So - stop trusting your own intuition when it comes to your palps, because your intuition is wrong - the
ECG proved it.
Your QT interval - it's been too long since I've done any analysis of that, so I'll have to wait until I'm in front of my reference materials again before I comment on any of that.
No go eat some celery, big man. I'm 6'2" and around 200 (and I should be around 185), so I know you have about 80 el bees you need to be dropping.
