Well here's the awesome news - you had rare PACs and rare PVCs. What you're feeling, since it isn't correlating AT ALL with the ECG, has to do with something else, most likely your digestive system, since some of it is in the same area and has so much musculature and can have spasms and pains and all kinds of weirdness.

So one thing you can count on? That you can't tell on your own what's going on with your heart - you thought you were feeling palps and they weren't occurring. And hey, don't sweat it - that's happened to me, too. Best I can figure is that I had an esophageal spasm (do a search because I'm pretty sure I posted a pic of my ECG when I had one of them). So - stop trusting your own intuition when it comes to your palps, because your intuition is wrong - the ECG proved it.

Your QT interval - it's been too long since I've done any analysis of that, so I'll have to wait until I'm in front of my reference materials again before I comment on any of that.

No go eat some celery, big man. I'm 6'2" and around 200 (and I should be around 185), so I know you have about 80 el bees you need to be dropping.

o i so want to drop down to at least 240. and i keeps thinking these fluttering and some of the big THUMPS are digestive related especialy after i felt a wierd gurgling in my heart area, and thought that cant be my heart. im not really scared of the palps any more now its just getting my super high strung anxiety in order.

You know, some of the problems you are having with the "skips" could be due to a hiatal hernia, I have one, and my doc said that sometimes it can cause the skips by pushing up and hitting the cardiac reflex, it can also give you big time indigestion and such.

Just a thought, I am glad you had a good report, that is awesome.

Yep - BMI says you need to get to around 200 to be "healthy" - but start wherever you start - less than right now is better than staying the same.
