My stupid trip to urgent care shows its stress!

Ok so day 4 of constant PVCs etc. Was going on 4-5 hours today with them every 2-3 beats and sometimes I would 5-10 beats and was getting chest pain and heartburn and just a mess so I drove myself over to urgent care. Was bad all the way until after I checked in. Once I checked in ansmd sat down...... INSTANTLY stopped. Not a one. EKG normal and they watched and didn't see one. Been gone since atleast Dr was nice and understanding and so there you have it! Lol from now on I'm just going to sit in waiting room when I'm having a bad day and watch movie. Lol I feel so stupid. I know it stress bit it's so hard to think rationally when it's going crazy. I'm going crazy!!

Awe I feel for you girly! They do suck and can be soooo scary. But you are fine! And your anxiety makes them so much more worse. So glad you are feeling better!

Ya I know, ur pissed they stopped because now they cannot catch them, but ur happy because the finally stopped! . Have they started up again? Maybe they will lay off for the night so you can get a really good nights sleep and that will help you tremendously. Take care.

Wow, I am just the opposite. I hate going to the doctors or urgent care. When I do, they increase ten fold. They always get to see my skips. I'm glad they stopped! I hate when they go on and on like that. Especially when you have a few good days. Then you feel one and think, oh, just one. Then another one, and another one and you think, shit....it isn't going to stop. That is all it takes for the adrenalne to kick in (just that stupid thought) and off they go. Now, you have had some relief so your mind will get to rest. This will help them slow down too. Plus hopefully the doctor reassured you that they won't hurt you.
I felt skips today, but just got back from my 3 mile run and am about to have a martini. Cheers!!!! Wish you all were closer. I would make one for everyone!

I think this proves or at least illustrates that it is a stress thing, and not organic heart disease. Obviously, a doctor has to make that ultimate call, but I really think you have had several doctors confirming that fact. Relax, and try to occupy yourself in something other than health issues. I KNOW it is tough, and easy for me to say, but NO trips to urgent care, or the ER. You are okay, and doctors have confirmed it.

It was going ok but then I Started having shape chest pain like heartburn and now I'm dealing with skips now and I'm trying not to panic. Going to eat lunch then try to take a Xanax. Tonight I'm going to hitch for a Christmas service so hopefully feel better by then. I hate when I have PVCs with chest pain. Feels like bubbles popping in my chest

Wow, I am just like Jodie, the minute I walk into the ER, my heart rate speeds up to 120 or more, and no matter what they give me to slow it down, it won't. I am a nervous wreck.

I am glad that your heart calmed down, but sorry you are still so scared and going through so much. At least that should tell you that it is stress related, still, I know, it does not help much when you are afraid.

Hugs to you for comfort.
