I do not get pain, but, I do get the "bubble" feeling, and usually when I do, especially if it is in my throat, I will start having some PAC's or whatever. I have been told it is gas, but whatever it is, it is pure misery

Yeah mine have been going crazy again. I laid on my bed and listened to some meditation stuff and kind of dozed off but it didn't help. I still am having them. Maybe I should go to urgent care and sit there lol Seriously this has been a crappy week!!!

I have white coat too....as soon as I even THINK about the Dr. my heart rate and blood pressure shoot up...so ridiculous.

im with you cmoore416 last 4 days have been constant panic but no due to the palps. went to er today being i coulnt handle how i was feeling. got there and my bp was 170/96 and while i was tjere o calmed down fast. when i left it was 122/74. im just guna do what you do, sit in the lobby till i feel better. i hate it but it makes me feel better. new anxiety med i was put on today called celexa. hopefully it helps. god i hope it works
