Natural Calm

My mother and sister have had PVCs for years. I used to get them sparingly, but in the last 2 years they have increased. I attribute mine to peri menopause, and they deem to occur more frequently about a week before my period. My cardiologist assures me that they are nothing to worry about. My echo and stress tests were normal. I read about Natural Calm, a powder form magnesium supplement. I figured it couldn't hurt to try it. Although the taste is not great, it does help my PVCs. I figured I would share.

I have heard about Natural Calm. I was going to try it, but figured the Mag I was taking was working pretty well. How much do you put in your drink?

Natural Calm

I use the full 2 tablespoons. I had a bout of PVCs yesterday, took some and within 10 minutes they were gone. I got mine at the Viamin Shoppe as the above poster said.

I have been taking 2 capsules of magnesium glycinate daily to equal 300 mg plus, L Taurine and L Arginine, the results have been stellar, I am so happy.

So this product is really working for people? Thinking I should try it. Doc said I could take a magnesium and potassium supplement if I wanted. I just dont want to do anything to make matters worse.

And how is this different from taking just a mag supplement?

Go their website and read about it. I can't explain it properly as I just kind of skimed over it but it made sense. Today I decided to take 1tsp in am and I am going to take the other tsp in the pm. So far, no skips that I have felt. Who knows. But it does seem to make you relax. Google Natural Calm Frequently Asked Questions.
