That's great- but I'd say the same thing: waiting until you run through an entire cycle will really tell you if they have improved or not. PLEASE remember to keep us posted. Im definitely going to try natural calm this month instead of my trace minerals- I think it's cheaper. I'm just worried that it won't work as well and I'll have a crazy month- but we shall see.

OH!! one other change I should mention.....no more spinach. I had been eating 4-6 cups of raw baby spinach a day. Completely cut it out because nutritionist said it does something weird and makes it so magnesium won't absorb. Maybe potassium too...I can't remember now.
