Hi everyone,

I'm a new member and it's so reassuring to read everyone's posts and see i'm far from alone. While browsing through old posts, someone mentioned reading "hope and help for your nerves." I am just a few pages in but the book is describing my "condition" exactly. Hopefully it helps, but I for now....thanks everyone for all of the great advice and encouragement.
