no dont take it with Rx drugs for anxiety. i stopped taking those bc they just made me worse and found this!

Welcome Jojo, I am glad you found us.

This is an awesome place, you will not be judged here or told something horrific that will scare the bejeepers out of you.

I learned not to google the hard way. I read so much that I was driving myself crazy, no more, this is my home now.

I have mainly PAC's and even though not as many as most, they still scare me, I am working on getting a hold on my anxiety, I feel this will help the heart issues too, it is very hard for me, read my latest journal and you will see why. But, hey, I will overcome this, with the Lord's helps and the great members here, I can make it.
