No sleep last night = rough day

My daughter had a sleep over last night and I slept on the couch. I have a biting dog that was locked in my bedroom and I didn't go to sleep until almost 1 am and got no sleep. Already feeling the effects on my thumper! Yikes. Guess I know another trigger!!!

The lack of sleep is my biggest trigger. If I dont get at least Six hours I'll have PVC's all through the next day....

Sleep is crucial for me too. Water intake as well and getting enough protein. Anything that wears my body down starts up my heart. When I was going to yoga 2x a week, sleeping well, eating well etc I started feeling so much better. It's hard though I think to take care of yourself (at least in my case with two young kids)
