I think I had another episode of NSVT tonight. It scares me so bad. I read a lot of bad stuff about NSVT, but the Dr's say I shouldn't worry too bad unless it goes over 30 seconds. I only have up to 5 beats of it at a time. It makes me think my heart is going to stop.

Sorry I just am really scared again, just needed to vent.

I know how you feel and I'm sorry you're feeling it. The doctors are right. And they've looked at thousands upon thousands of patients with NSVT and followed them for years before they came out with this kind of industry-wide conclusion.

Don't worry. I feel that almost once a night when I'm up in bed watching tv. Nothing bad will happen.
