One palpable every 20 seconds is not that bad try haven over 25 per Minuit for 2 weeks!!! To me one every 20 seconds would be a nice break.

I was able to find Hope and Help for Your Nerves, Deadly Emotions and Power of Your Subconcious Mind at the library. But Peace from Nervous Suffering I cannot find ANYwhere - even Amazon

BTW - writing an update about my appt today...will post soon.

That is a great book. Shows how the mind/body process works and how to control it.
