Palps from panic attack?

Ok so my therapist thinks that my PVCs are actually part of a panic attack. I tell her that I don't panic until after I feel the palps. But I was wondering what you guys think?

For me the PVCs come on with like a surge type feeling. Like today I have been good all day (palp wise) and I was out shopping and enjoying some "me" time. Well all the sudden I feel the PVCs and panicky feelings. Just like tha out of the blue. And that is how it often is. So of course now I'm anxious and I cut my shopping trip short since I can't enjoy myself through them.

It just really doesn't make sense....none of it.

I think your therapist is right. Adrenaline surge= panic attack potential. Adrenaline surge= PVCs. So, the correlation is likely.

Yeah she keeps telling me I'm having panic attacks and I'm like no I'm having anpanic attack AFTER it. But I guess it doesn't really matter.
My husband is getting reallybfrustratedthat I feel like this everyday. I feel horrible right now and it takes my breath away. Some are every other beat and I'm trying to stay calm (not doing that so well) and I feel lime running back to urge care. This frustrates my family....

The thing is, in your state right now, a little excitement at the prospect of a new purchase might be enough to tip the scales.

Our panic and anxiety make our PVCs worse. I do not think they cause the PVCs, I think it's truly just something funky in our own systems but I do think it can make them much more frequent.

That is very typical. Not unusual at all.
