Palps from panic attack?
Ok so my therapist thinks that my PVCs are actually part of a panic attack. I tell her that I don't panic until after I feel the palps. But I was wondering what you guys think?
For me the PVCs come on with like a surge type feeling. Like today I have been good all day (palp wise) and I was out shopping and enjoying some "me" time. Well all the sudden I feel the PVCs and panicky feelings. Just like tha out of the blue. And that is how it often is. So of course now I'm anxious and I cut my shopping trip short since I can't enjoy myself through them. It just really doesn't make sense....none of it. Christina |
