Popping in to say hi!
Hi all - just popping in to say hi. Havent been on all week. Have been dealing with headaches so trying to limit computer time. Went to and eye dr because one eye bothering me and also tingling feeling on same side of face. No seems concerned but my HA is telling me to worry! I know it's tension headache plus bad sinus but of course o still worry. Weird thing though is I've been preoccupied with my head that my heart has been nice!

How are you feeling today. At least the headache took away the thoughts of your heart. I think I would rather have a headache than the horrid "skips"

Ha! Every time my legs are super sore from chafing my kids and house chores my palps decrease! Swear! It's because you aren't focused on it. I bet if you broke sonething ( which I'm not suggesting) you'd be palp free for awhile.
