I was referred here by Jeff, who visited my PVC blog and told me about this site. Great work, Jeff! Always great to meet others with this problem and learn from each other. I'm going through a bad bout of PVC's right now, probably because I'm super busy and have been stressed and the PVC's have been disrupting my sleep, which is what I find hardest to deal with.

Anyways, if anyone is interested, here is my blog. I haven't really written any new posts, but I get comments all the time and answer them all as best I can. So it's up-to-date in that respect.

Hi Claudia - Glad you found your way over, and I agree. The more support the better. And nobody is more interested in finding solutions to these problems than the people that live them, so I love having more people here to share stories, successes and even failures, that we might all learn from them.
