Camsmom as odd as this may sound I have post nasal drip sometimes irritating my throat and causing me to cough or try to clear my throat. Sometimes when I do it may be whilst exercising or not it can cause me to have an ectiopic beat. My theory is that whilst coughing or throat clearing you ate also stumulating the vagus nerve hence firing up the odd beats. It's a theory but I feel Its true.

Gillespiefive,
Are you on any medication for your arrhythmias? I also have PVCs that feel very strong at times, other times very mild. I feel them in the sternum, epigastric area and even in my right chest sometimes.

Take Care

yes, I have had those symptoms and others similar to that for years and years. I am a frequent flier to the PVC world, and have had all sorts of thupms, bumps and other jolts that scare the crap out of any normal human being. So, be not afraid--this is quite common.
