. Well I just got allergy tested because my stomach was constantly bothering me and so on. The allergist found out I'm allergic too ALOT of things: all the grains, cocoa, coffee, tea, pepper, onions, garlic, cinnamon, shellfish, blueberries, pineapple, salmon, flounder, the list goes on. So he explained that eating all these things causes inflammation along my digestive tract etc. He asked me to stay away from everything for 10 days and call him back with how I was feeling. I felt really good called back and he said great now stay away from those foods.

that was tough in the beginning and I admit still tough. Basically all I can eat : vegetables, meat fruit and almonds! But I've been feeling better, having less palpitations and I'm guessing that's a result of less acid reflux less gas and so on. I'm still getting palpitations but I think it's from my hormones and stress. I'm just happy it's not as bad. Anyways some guy that I found online claiming to have cured his palpitations said he strongly believes palpitations are caused by inflammation. When I contacted him he emailed me back promptly and told me to try to lower any imflammation in my body like by exercising, eating good foods like kale, flossing your teeth, he also said that aloe gel, not the juice cut his palpitations out along with the other changes. Many people online also said aloe gel helped them as well. So this guy thinks it's because aloe lowers imflammation. He also suggested to take vitamin d3, a good omega3 from a non-fish source, and some other antioxidants such as spiriluna, chlorella etc. I've basically listened to most of what he has suggested except the aloe gel because I read somewhere that people who are allergic to onions and garlic shouldn't take aloe because they may be allergic to it too. I'm sure eventually I'll try it but for now I'm just taking some other supplements he suggested and reducing my stress. I joined a gym, and am trying to rest more too. I'm in my mid twenties so I know how you feel, WTF?! Why me! But positive thinking and hope have really made me feel stronger. I tried an acupuncturist too and that was very relaxing.

So that's what I've done, am I cured? No. But am I feeling like this is livable yeah. It's crazy because my neighbor to the right gets palpitations and blows them off like it's nothing. My neighbor to the left gets palitations and freaks like me, and my neighbor across from me got them and found out she was hypoglycemic and now rarely gets them so they are pretty common but I think it's all how you react to them. And when they are unrelenting it's hard to not lose it! Hope you find your trigger or cure.
