In one of my medical assistant books, it says it is ok as long as it is not under 50. I would not worry about it.
David, I did not know all that, that is good info to know about the athelits having bad EKG's. I would never have thought that. My normal rate is 75 and when I am sleep,according to the holter, I can go as low as 40, but usually it is 60 or so. |
