Skipped Beats

Hello, My name is Kyle and I'm a 29, male, from MI. Been lurking for a couple weeks.

I've been experiencing my heart skipping beats...it will beat, then stop, and beat really hard once then back to regular rhythm. Also every once in a while too, I feel a fluttering in my heart and I can feel it in my throat and I try to do something, move around or whatever to get it to stop but it ill last 5 min or so. Ive been to my PCP multiple times and had a 24 hr holter monitor, EKG, and echocardiogram. She just says it's anxiety but it happens when im not even thinking about anything. The monitor did show some skipped heartbeats but the doctor said it was normal and didn't offer much more information. When I wore the monitor the fluttering didn't accure and I feel like they can be missing something. I am scared to do anything physical. I go to the gym daily and it usually feels good when Im active, these symptoms usually only happen when Im relaxing. I never feel lightheaded or get chest pain, just the skipping and fluttering in my chest and it scares me. Hope to get some outlook on this....Thank you

sounds like PVCs to me, when u take ur pulse do u feel a pulse, pulse, skipped beat, big pulse - that's many times a premature ventricular contx, i get them, i feel them in my throat, sometimes it feels like i'm going down in an elevator, or a bubble is traveling up my esophagus - my holter showed 107 of them in 24 hrs. PVCs usually go away with increased heartrate which is prob why u don't feel them when working out, PVCs r usually benign - but scary and anxiety brings them on like rocky V

u did the right thing with holter, echo EKG - if still worried go to cardio for 2nd opinion - they make u feel better

but sounds benign or normal
