THE BLOOD SUGAR AND ITS REGULATION

This is an interesting article on the relationship of sugar and adrenaline, and how it affects the body. Perhaps this is a trigger for PVCs or PACs for individuals who are sugar sensitive? While it doesn't mention PVCs directly, it implies a lot of the symptoms that we all have with the fluctuations in sugar levels in the blood stream, and the adrenal response to it.

I definitely feel like my palpitations are related to my sugar intake or lack of. My neighbor across the street found out her palpitations were due to hypoglycemia.
