Terrible PVCs when laying down.
Bad enough I experience PVCs during the day....but the second I lay down for bed, I get so many. At least one per minute if not more. I toss & turn and try to find a position where I don't feel any, but it doesn't work! Someone told me that I should take a magnesium supplement. Anyone have any insight?????

We talk about magnesium a lot on this site. Most of us are having a lot of luck with it. Natural Calm is what I am using and so far it has helped.
When lying down it is common to feel more PVCs. Positional PVCs they are called. Sometimes it helps to get up and do situps or jump up and down. Sorry you are feeling them. We are just the small percentage that do. Don't hyper focus on your heart and rest assured if you have had all the tests and have been given a clean bill of health that they are benign. Just annoying as hell. |

Thank to all for the replies. Goodness, I felt so alone in this. I'm telling you it feels just like a baby kicking from the inside. I have three kids, so I know how it feels. And it's the only good description I can cone up with. I also seem to have low bloo pressures lately. Readings like 94/63 or 98/65. For as long as I can remember my readings were more like 118/80 or 124/77. My doc doesn't really "believe" the low reading cause when I'm at the office she gets 130/85. So when I tell her the low numbers she doesn't believe. I've brought three expensive machines over the last year, so they are fairly accurate. I do wonder if the BP and PVCs are related. PVCs are just terrible to live with. They often ruin my day and only add to my anxiety disorder. Most days I don't leave the house. It's bad.

I have lived with panic and anxiety for years as well. Thank God for Zoloft and Xanax. So when I was hit with PVCs it just got worse.
I can tell you though that I have seen people with all kinds of BP with PVCs. I am not sure if it effects them or not. You have what they call "white coat syndrome." I do too. My BP always goes up when I go to the doctors office. My pulse is always high though.... My doc wants me to try bystolic but I am not ready to do that yet. How long have you been dealing with your PVCs? |
