No they aren't fast at all. Just a little quicker than the regular beat. And it is just a split second type of flutter. Just different than the PVCs I feel because those I feel in my upper stomach and are associated with the pause. This double flutter between two regular beats has no pause nor early beat nor thud. I know it isn't bigemy. Most likely 2 PACs.

I've been going through this lately too. Mine are usually three beats but sometimes up to five. It goes beatbeatbeatbeat normal beat normal beat... It definetly scares me and has never been caught in the moniter since it's new. Luckily lately it's only 3 in a row so I'm wondering if it's two normal beats with a quick one in the middle? It happens about 2-4x a month now.
