Thumping away as usual

cant I catch a break? Lol getting ready to leave to a motocross event at a baseball stadium tonight. I normally feel trapped and panicky inside those since having all thse issues and of course been having 2 hours of PVCs constantly. Feeling a little lightheaded but this seems to be my daily norm. Wishing they would go away so I could enjoy myself tonight. Not wanting it this way! Ugh! I hate it!!!! Just so not fair! Thanks for letting me vent!!

Yeah, it is tough. PVCs always come up when one has something important to do, or some place to go. That is a good indication of the stress factor--they rarely just pop off if ya are just relaxing, with no responsibility.

Hope all goes well. Invariably, when I have to do something or go somewhere, they will act up for awhile, it stinks big time.

Guess, like David says, it is the good ole stress factor again.

LOL, David, mine pop off when I am relaxing or reading, those are the most scary for me, as I have no reason for them.

Well here's how my afternoon went....so I was having major PVCs and do when we left I took half a Xanax. My left arm became tingly and numb and then my left cheek! So of course I'm panicking more! So my husband dropped me off at urgent care and took the kids to eat! Lol by then my heart had calmed and they said the numbness was all stress related. So another waste of time and $ but we made it to where we were going fine and with plenty of time and I was fine res of night. My arm still feels a little tingly. Stress is so horrible!

I have heard where high anxiety can cause the numbness etc. It seems to me, an article about hyperventilation said that if you over breath, this will happen.
