The eating too much thing has gotten mine started tonight and I can't sleep. All I ate was fava beans because I've been so hungry lately on the diet my allergist gave me and wham I feel like my stomach and chest are in my throat. I guess I'll mark fava beans off my list since this is the second time they've bothered me. Does anyone else get food that triggers them?

I don't think your adrenal glands necessarily need a specific trigger. Your nervous system is signaling for the production of more natural ephenephrine (adrenaline), and that causes PVCs. What causes it can be a combination of things that we're not even made aware of, or can pinpoint as specific causes. The one that seems to be universal is stress. I don't experience PVCs when I am very calm, and I doubt that others do as well.
