The answer to the OP is of course, a resounding YES. Every study done that shows a difference in mortality all tend toward an increased mortality rate in those with PVCs.

I agree, sorry "every study" does not show that. I think Jeff pointed that out on the last page, so I am not sure the point of this coming back up now.

By far the largest of the studies is the HUGE cross sectional Framingham Study.

A large more recent one was from the Cleveland Clinic showing he correlation to post-exercise PVCs and mortality rate.

I only offer these as I was asked, I didn't think a suppot group was the place to have battling citations.

Jeff, I too have a tendency for PVCs due to lack of sleep (ie today; had slept for just 4 hours last night)..

I took a chance and did the no-no and googled Framingham study and PVCs -found a TON of info for that EXACT study stating how they are almost always benign in a structurally normal heart....

There was one link to an article stating what you are saying. One sentence, in a full page of benign comments. I will go with those....
