Yes, I use to get them all the time, but there is a reason for that I have found. I had really bad ones when I was in Hawaii because of the drinking I was doing. When I was in Iraq I got them all the time because of the stress, but the smoking of tobacco and the use of caffein didnt help either. After exercise I would bend down to tie my shoe and it would trigger a bunch of stents of 4-5 sec of skipped bets.
When I got back from Iraq they became less frequent, but then I was forced to go through some Army training

. The training consisted of getting up really early to be blasted with power point slide all day. Also physical excursion in some activities really set it off. During graduation of that class I had to go to the ER because the 4-5 sec stents of skipping would not stop, and that is when I finally got diagnosed with
PVC's after 4 years of wondering what was wrong with me.
long story short, i would get them again if i was stressed out, drinking coffee, alcohol, smoking, not sleeping well or even not eating right. Fo instance, I got a couple the last couple of days because I stayed up really late, but they weren't the 3-5 sec ones like your talking about. No, those ones are scary and call for a real evaluation on why you think they happened. I mean when mine happened I could link it to something I was doing.
so yes, I have experienced the 3-6 sec of skipped beats.
